I love, love, love all things red velvet. In fact, just the other day, I read about red velvet corn dogs. Anyway, Cat Beurnier of Sugar Daze Bakery in Paris is doing Blue Velvet cupcakes as part of the promotion with famous Parisian department store, Printemps Hausmann.
