Wasabi? In cupcakes? I don't know much about Japanese food, but I know wasabi is really, really hot. These cupcakes were made by KatieCakes, and they have wasabi and white chocolate in them. She says the heat is "subtle", so I'm guessing the white chocolate helps balance it out. I'm not a fan of spicy foods, but I'd give wasabi a try if it was in cupcake form!
